# LEY N° 9234 (1983) | Cómputo de edad

**ARTÍCULO 1°.-** Establécese al sólo efecto de determinar el cómputo máximo de edad previsto por el artículo 10 inc. d) de la Ley 8525, del personal no permanente, confirmado o a confirmarse como personal permanente mediante decretos del Poder Ejecutivo que debe deducirse de la edad del agente el tiempo de servicio que hubiere prestado en la Administración Pública Provincial en forma continua o alternada.-

**ARTÍCULO 2°**.- Exceptúase de los dispuesto en el artículo anterior el personal que hubiere cumplido sesenta años de edad u obtenido jubilación ordinaria.-

**ARTÍCULO 3°**.- Inscríbase en el Registro General de Leyes, comuníquese, publíquese y archívese.-
