# LEY N° 12071 (2002) | Notificación de derecho a interponer recursos

LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE LEY :

**ARTÍCULO 1º** - En las notificaciones de decretos y resoluciones dictados en los expedientes o actuaciones administrativas, o en general, de cualquier decisión dictada por autoridad administrativa que niegue un derecho, imponga obligaciones o no haga lugar a un recurso de revocatoria interpuesto, se hará saber el derecho a interponer recursos y el plazo para hacerlo, conforme la normativa vigente.

\*\*ARTÍCULO 2º \*\*- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
