# Causa Guerrieri III

El 12 de mayo de 2017 el Tribunal Oral Federal en lo Criminal Nº 1 de Rosario condenó a prisión perpetua a los diez procesados en la causa por delitos de lesa humanidad: el ex agente de Inteligencia Eduardo Costanzo, a Walter Pagano, Ariel López, Juan Andrés Cabrera y Rodolfo Daniel Isach, quienes se desempeñaron como personal civil de Inteligencia y a los militares retirados Pascual Guerrieri, Marino Héctor González, Alberto Pelliza, Jorge Fariña y Juan Amelong, integrantes del Destacamento de Inteligencia 121 de Rosario durante los primeros años de la última dictadura.

La causa denominada Guerrieri III, dio comienzo el 13 de octubre del 2016 e investigó el accionar represivo respecto a hechos cometidos durante la última dictadura cívico militar contra 47 víctimas -de las cuales 24 aún permanecen desaparecidas- que pasaron por los centros clandestinos Quinta de Funes, Escuela Magnasco, La Calamita y La Intermedia.

Entre las víctimas: Jorge Horacio Novillo, Stella Hillbrandt de del Rosso, Raquel Ángela Carolina Negro,   Carlos Rodolfo J. Laluf,  Marta María Benassi, Oscar Daniel Capella, Fernando Dante Dussex, Teresa Soria de Sklate, Liliana Carmen Nahs de Bruzzone.
